troian on her dad, donald bellisario - it’s been a really, really interesting relationship through my whole life. at first I was always on a set, i was raised on a set and he would always tell me “look around, look at all the actors you see because these are the lucky ones, these are the working ones.” so i always had that ingrained in me. and then as i got older, he really wanted to push me in the direction of writing. he was always very supportive, but he always keeps me grounded… like when we go out to dinner, i’m like, “you know dad, we had 4 million viewers!” and he’s like, “that’s so sweet, honey… i have 21.”
